The Gold Mine Effect on TED
A couple of weeks ago I spoke about THE GOLD MINE EFFECT at TED in Amsterdam. I decided to make a couple of points:
1. What you see is not what you get- Talent Identification is not about what you see. It’s about what you could see.
2. The ones who know the most can be the ones who know the least- Sometimes too much information can narrow our perception about what’s possible
